Never miss a ProConnect email

Emails from new senders sometimes land in Junk or Promotions. Take 30 seconds to whitelist us and your invites, connection requests and event updates will always land in your main inbox.

Add this address to your contacts:

notify@proconnect.pro

Gmail (web & mobile)›
  1. Open a ProConnect email (check Junk / Promotions if needed).
  2. Tap the three-dot menu → Move to Primary (mobile) or drag it to the Primary tab (web).
  3. Tap the sender name → Add to contacts.
  4. If it was in Spam, tap Report not spam.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live›
  1. Settings → Mail → Junk email.
  2. Under Safe senders and domains, add notify@proconnect.pro and proconnect.pro.
  3. Save. Future emails skip Junk.
Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac, iCloud)›
  1. Open a ProConnect email.
  2. Tap the sender name at the top → Add to Contacts (or Add to VIP for extra emphasis).
  3. If it landed in Junk, tap Move to Inbox then Mark as Not Junk.
Yahoo Mail›
  1. Open a ProConnect email.
  2. Tap the sender name → Add to contacts.
  3. If in Spam, tap Not spam.
Company / work email (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)›

If your work inbox is filtering us aggressively, forward one of our emails to your IT admin and ask them to whitelist the sender notify@proconnect.pro and domain proconnect.pro. Our sending domain notify.proconnect.pro is fully authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
