By accessing or using the ProConnect platform (whether via mobile application, tablet, or web browser), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the platform for unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

ProConnect is designed exclusively for professional networking. Users must conduct themselves professionally and use the platform solely for legitimate business networking, collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content. By posting, you grant ProConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Prohibition of Scraping

Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from using automated systems, software, or “bots” to scrape, extract, or harvest data from ProConnect for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning, or automated analytics without our express written authorisation.

AI Transparency

While we may utilise AI-powered tools to enhance your experience (e.g., matchmaking or professional insights), we do not sell your personal data to third-party AI companies for the purpose of training their models.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Collection

We collect name, email, professional background, location data (with consent), and usage analytics.

International Data Transfers

As an international platform, your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Subscription Plans

ProConnect offers paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise ProConnect to charge your selected payment method (including Credit/Debit cards via Stripe or Apple Pay) on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your B2B dashboard. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Anonymised Cohort Targeting

B2B subscribers may use cohort tools based on anonymised, aggregate data. No individual personal information is exposed.

Campaign Conduct

All campaigns must comply with the UK Advertising Codes (CAP/BCAP).

Limitation

ProConnect shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

International Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users outside the UK may retain mandatory consumer protection rights under their local jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
