See exactly how ProConnect runs your event

Four steps, start to finish: fill the room, run the day, and keep the connections alive long after everyone has gone home. Nothing to install — you and your attendees work from a browser.

Before — set up and fill the room

An event takes a couple of minutes to create. From there you get a public registration page, invite tracking and a checklist that keeps the run-up honest.

  • Create the event: name, date, venue, capacity, in person or virtual.
  • Switch on a public event page with its own shareable link and registration form.
  • Already selling on Eventbrite or another ticketing tool? Keep it. Import or invite your list into ProConnect and use it for the networking layer.
  • Send invites and watch who opened, who registered and who still needs a nudge.
  • The Event Checklist tracks the fiddly parts — prizes, badges, page live, invites sent.

Virtual and hybrid — run it wherever people are

Virtual events are first class, not an afterthought. Use the tools your team already lives in, or the built-in room.

  • Connect Google Meet and Google Calendar so the room and the invites come from your normal workflow.
  • Or run the built-in ProConnect room — no downloads for attendees, just a link.
  • Host moderation: mute or unmute everyone, remove a disruptive guest, promote a colleague to co-host.
  • Attendees join under their real profile, so you always know who is actually in the room.
  • Virtual guests check in too, which means they count for attendance and can enter the raffle.

On the day — the door, the badges, the moment

Everything the door team and the host need on one screen, updating live as people arrive.

  • QR check-in from any phone — no scanner hardware, no printed list.
  • A live dashboard showing arrivals in real time, so you know when to start.
  • Badges for attendees, speakers and VIPs with your own colour palettes, plus a clean printable view.
  • Run the raffle from the stage: eligible entries are everyone checked in, in the room or online.
  • Attendees can see who else is there and connect on the spot instead of swapping cards.

After — the part most tools drop

When the room empties, the value usually evaporates. This is where ProConnect earns its place.

  • Attendance and registration numbers, plus the cohort mix of who actually turned up.
  • Thank-you emails go out automatically when the event ends.
  • Attendees keep the connections they made — the networking continues in their account, not in a lost business card.
  • Member directory with LinkedIn profiles for allow-listed organiser workspaces.
  • Invoices and plan management live in the same dashboard, so finance never has to chase you.

What your guests experience

No app store download — but yes, they build a profile

Everything works in a normal browser on a phone or laptop. Attendees do create a ProConnect account and a short profile when they register — that profile is what makes the connections, the check-in and the directory work.

  1. 1Open your event link from an email, LinkedIn post or QR code.
  2. 2Register and build a short profile — name, role, company, what they are looking for.
  3. 3See who else is coming and start conversations before the doors open.
  4. 4Check in on arrival with their phone, then connect with anyone they meet.
